The Marketing Director will be a key part of a dynamic fast growing B2B technology company and help manage the company's paid performance digital marketing and organic social media program. This role will also support the overall earned and owned media efforts, which include content, SEO, email, and brand awareness campaigns.
This role reports directly to the CTO and President of Business Solutions.
Specific roles and responsibilities include:
* Owning paid digital and social media lead gen tactics and execution which includes: * Optimizing paid FB, Adwords and LinkedIn campaigns and testing new social platforms * Creating and maintaining social editorial calendar and posts * Defining and developing the brand's voice for social media * Lead generation for top of funnel sales leads * Communicating press and announcements creatively on social platforms * Tracking and reporting on relevant top of funnel marketing metrics * Collaborating with business partners on conceptualizing and executing social media and user acquisition co-branded campaigns * Planning, managing and leading at key industry events * Creating, managing and refining sales collateral * Support B2B sales efforts where appropriate
The qualified candidates will:
Have 8 - 10 years of experience with a B2B or B2G technology businesses, on either the brand or agency side
Have extensive experience in paid performance and social media lead gen marketing
Possess both analytical and creative skillsets: ability to conceptualize and design innovative marketing programs, and measure performance and optimize activities based metrics
Be a self-starter who brings ideas to the table and is able to quickly build a strategy around the idea, execute it and measure its performance
Follow industry trends, developments, and best practices with regards to paid digital media and social media
