The Channel Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for strategy and marketing plans for all customer facing technology platforms, retail/dealer channel and all animal health creative and services. This leader will have accountability for leading a high performing cross functional team.
Channel Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Develop marketing plans and strategies for the retail and dealer channel.
Develop marketing plans and strategies for all customer facing technology solutions.
Provide leadership and direction to animal health creative resources and content development.
Monitor and report ROI and effectiveness on marketing campaigns and communications for retail and technology program.
Partner with shared services in MN for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Develop field sales team relationships through communication and sales meetings for both companion and production sales teams.
Partner and support companion and production marketing teams.
Participate in vendor meetings and program deployment.
Coordinate all marketing campaigns for retail and technology activities.
Develop field sales team relationships through communication and sales.
Work with sales teams in support of marketing budgets.
Performs other Channel Marketing Manager duties as required.
Channel Marketing Manager Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of marketing methodologies.
Experience creating a competitive market analysis.
Ability to identify customer needs and trends.
Familiarity with voice of the customer methods.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate into new product requirements.
Strong technical background.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in marketing.
6+ years of marketing experience in related field.
Creative and energetic with excellent time management.
Organizational and problem solving skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Animal health industry experience is highly preferred.
3+ years of management experience.
