**What You'll Get to Do:**



**Logistics Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project Management:**



+ Under the direction of the Logistics Solutions and Planning Manager, support a project focused evaluating, identifying and prioritizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities within PNA Logistics.

+ RPA's represent significant productivity gains for logistics by automating repetitive manual processes currently executed by multiple team members within PNA Logistics

+ Examples of opportunities include manual reports in excel, repetitive shipment tasks in SAP, etc.

+ Develop project saving analysis and a business case to position RPA for investment

+ Provide analysis report, identify opportunities and provide solutions to the problem areas

+ Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to establish baseline productivity levels and compare against future productivity gains

+ Create business presentations to support project needs and deliverables

+ Work closely with Senior Management to implement supply-chain/logistics RPA projects for Panasonic

+ Deliver a project report-out to Executive and Senior Management at the conclusion of the project



**Logistics IT Systems Infrastructure Project Management:**



+ Target systems for transformation include Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Track and Trace Systems, ect.

+ Complete a system study and GAP analysis with the support of logistics, IT, and business support functions

+ Provide comparative analysis of the different solutions on the market and tailor the comparison to Panasonic's business model and industry segments

+ Create business presentations to support project needs and deliverables

+ Provide recommendations based upon findings of the project study

+ Deliver a project report-out to Executive and Senior Management at the conclusion of the project

+ Immersive experience in complimentary corporate functions to Logistics

+ Shadow key functional partners within Procurement, IT, HR, Finance and other shared service functions that compliment Logistics

+ Complete your internship with a broader understating of how a corporation functions and the operating units that exist in a corporate environment



**What You'll Bring:**



**Education & Experience:**



+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Enrolled in Bachelor's Studies during Junior/Senior year (years 3 or 4), majoring in Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred

+ Enrolled in Master's Studies Program, majoring in Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred

+ Graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date

+ Prior internship and/or relevant work experience preferred

+ GPA of 3.5+ preferred

+ Computer Knowledge; Proficient Microsoft Office Skills, Power Point, Word and Excel

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability



**Communications:**



+ Strong, positive written and verbal communication skills.
