We are looking for an Executive Director, Business Development to lead our Business Development practice across the Organic network. This role is focused on leading the charge and orchestrating the identification, pursuit and conversion of new business opportunities.
What You Will Do
* Lead and shape the strategic approach to new business pitches * Lead the project management of the pitch process * Be the voice of Organic to prospective clients, even if you are the only person in the room * Contribute to the organizational vision and objectives * Partner with PR to shape and activate a PR strategy * Design and package case studies and supporting agency material * Nurture relationships with pitch consultants * Own the final the content and quality of RFI's and RFP's

* 10+ years agency experience * Digital native * Previous life as an account person, producer or strategist * Have existing relationships with pitch consultants * Thinker, doer, hustler, organizer, approachable, self-starter, collaborator * Relentless in pursuit of winning * Well connected * Track record of closing business * Based in NY * Gets shit done
