Innovation has been at the heart of everything we do and our approach is to pioneer intuitive, user-friendly products supported by our great customer service ethos.We are looking for a forward thinking, data-driven, multi-faceted marketer to help build and execute the marketing strategy in the Americas region for our currency trading business. Then this is the opportunity for you to really grow a business and feel responsible for it.This position will collaborate closely with the digital acquisition team (London) and sales teams (NYC) to generate a pipeline of new customers by developing, managing, executing and tracking demand generation and retention programs.Core Qualifications* Develop and drive the marketing strategy in the Americas region.* Align with regional sales leadership to achieve client growth and revenue stimulation.* Support the development of regional marketing plans.* Experience crafting client communications with focus on email.* Analyze program results and make recommendations for future improvements.* Provide ROI analysis in Marketing dollars spent.* Demonstrate excellent analytical and implementation skills. You are very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to shape your decision-making.* Work with Sales Leadership to design, plan, execute and track impactful quarterly marketing plans to meet and/or exceed quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.* Utilize systems and tools, such as SFDC, marketing automation (i.e .Marketo) and marketing dashboards, to analyze pipeline and opportunity data to best determine marketing mix.* Have experience with developing, executing and tracking results tied to multi-touch marketing plans.Education and experience* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.* 5+ years of marketing experience. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.* Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.* Strong understanding of marketing planning and program development/execution.* Detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.* Independence, with flexibility to work in fast-paced environment.* Experience with marketing automation tools (such as Marketo) and A/B testing tools, such as Oracle Maxymiser.* Hands on experience with various marketing technology tools (CRM, MA, and Web Analytics).* Ability to inspire cross-functional teams to work with you and feel great about their contribution.* Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams at once. * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
