Overview Onsite Sales Representatives (OSR's) are responsible for selling instructor led and hybrid online training courses to enterprise customers primarily in the U.S. OSR's contact inquiries or existing corporate clients to present NTT onsite training opportunities in an efficient, professional and supportive manner. Representatives also provide unparalleled follow-up and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and develop and maintain ongoing business with corporate clients. OSR's will travel within assigned national geographic territory to prospect new business and to follow up with existing clients. Responsibilities
Proactive phone calls to, and face to face meetings with, prospective and existing clients to present onsite NTT training opportunities.
Hand off leads to Inside Sales Representatives for regional training events.
Provide excellent customer service to potential customers through consistent and effective follow-up; develop amd maintain long-term, ongoing business relationships.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of all product offerings to effectively speak with potential clients; accurately explaining program offerings, differentiators and value points.
Professionally represent NTT to prospective and existing customers, instructors, vendors, and employees.
Accurately and timely account for all inquiry and registration activities; complete daily activity reports .
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Network and build strong relationships to generate personally developed referrals.
Keep all required reports and client discussions current and accurate in the CRM system.
Adhere to a strict code of ethics and comply with all NTT policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Documented proven track record of sales results performing above average against peers worked with.
Bachelor s degree preferred.
2-3 years of related experience in an outside sales position in high volume phone sales including timely inquiry response, lead generation, customer service, registration.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent customer service skills; to include the ability to effectively follow up and follow through.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with the professional use of social media.
Detail-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude that thrives a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task; work effectively both independently and part of a team.
Very strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, other).
