Overview

Based in either Calgary, AB Canada or Boulder, CO, as part of the Positioning Services Portfolio team, you will champion all Hexagon Positioning Intelligence (Hexagon PI) correction service products and are responsible for the profitability and success of these products. This is a growing group of products and services that are utilized by all of Hexagon PI s vertical market segments and an essential component of our agriculture and autonomous driving strategies. You will establish and execute product strategy for correction services and lead cross-functional initiatives to bring products and services to market that meet the needs of Hexagon PI s diverse customer base. You will work closely with other product and segment managers, product development and the e-commerce team to define the Correction Services products within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

The Correction Services Product Manager is responsible to: Champion the product line through lifecycle from business opportunity to end of life. Develop and execute product line strategy, including: Partner with vertical segment managers to optimize correction service products for each vertical market. Work with customers, internal support and ecommerce teams to understand and prioritize customer needs and to optimize product offerings to maximize customer value. Generate financial forecasts and quarterly financial reporting against forecast. Establish product line metrics and tracking and continuously improving performance of those metrics (i.e. subscription rates, renewal rates, product attach rates, customer satisfaction, etc.). Recommend, lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to your product line. Develop sales training materials for internal sales channel. Travel internationally to attend trade shows, meet with customers and drive global success for your products.

Qualifications

Must Have: Technical degree in relevant discipline (Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics) 5+ years of product management experience in a highly technical, B2B environment 3+ years of experience in GNSS, SaaS or related technology industry Experience solving customer problems Excellent communication skills including listening, speaking, writing Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams Comfortable with both business and technical discussions Love to travel internationally and are able to do so up to 20% of the time Key Success Factors: Self-starter who is motivated by both technology and marketing Well spoken, organized and technically adept Can easily adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities Strong business acumen Ability to create strong working relationship internally and with the customer Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Nice-to-Have: Multi-lingual skills nice to have Business degree or MBA
