Job Description:


The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating work schedules, assuring that payroll is accurate, and monitoring and completing time and attendance records. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the staffing of units, including identifying staffing needs, vacancies, and alternative ways of filling vacancies. The Staffing Coordinator utilizes resources efficiently. The Staffing Coordinator functions in a multi-skilled environment which requires working and communicating with staff, nursing management, and other departments/agencies. The Staffing coordinator contributes to proficient operations of the department by providing administrative and clerical support.



Required:
  • One year in an administrative or healthcare setting


Desired:
  • One year scheduling, time and attendance, payroll
  • High School Diploma or GED


Screening Requirements: Drug Screen, Background Check, License and Employment reference verification.
