The Manager of Analytics organizes and executes the enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, supporting the vision of NYP Analytics Leadership and in collaboration with NYPH Leadership. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with technology, clinical, finance, operations teams. The Manager of Analytics will be a driver of transformational digital technology and will generate powerful insights through data, bringing organizational efficiency and value. The Manager is responsible for day-to-day data analytics solutions, information visualizations, and addressing business issues in a proactive manner. In addition, the Manager provides direct supervision for the assessment and reporting of the Hospital's performance relative to internal and external benchmarks across a variety of clinical and operational domain. The Manager will have supervisory responsibilities, advising and guiding the work of a team, adeptly managing competing priorities and providing management and mentoring of staff.
* Master's degree * EHR or Hospital IT experience * Revenue Cycle systems experience
* Bachelor's degree * At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager/ in Technical Project Management * Ability to conceptualize, plan, and implement projects as well as interact effectively with applications in complex problem situations * Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to effectively collaborate, build relationships and manage change
