Summary:


Quality Program Manager manages strategic activities ensuring the program provides consistent compliance to complex fabricated hardware.


The ideal Quality Program Manager should be experienced in US NAVY and other quality management system standards. The Quality Program Manager is a senior Quality Assurance position that requires leadership. Program managers ensure master plans and schedules are followed, developing solutions to program challenges, and directing others for successful completion of projects on time.





Job Duties:



  • Maintain and improve MP Quality Program. Perform planning activities, including implementation of policies, procedures, and requirements as necessary.


  • Performs liaison function between Manufacturing, QA/QC, Supply Chain and Engineering with heavy inputs to insure requirements or special quality requirements are met.


  • Oversee MP Program compliance training


  • Supervise MP Quality Assurance personnel, implement corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, and act as liaison for Government compliance audits







Requirements:


Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field with of 4-5 years of industry experience


Experience with pressure vessel fabrication, welding and NDT


Navy/DOD specification experience.
