Looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with experience in managing multiple departments responsible for Facility Maintenace, Health and Safety throughout the plant, and Site Security as this role manager will have overall responsibility for the direction of the maintenance supervision, manufacturing engineering personnel, and contractors.
The Facilities Manager also directs all operations pertaining to new installations and renovations to the current manufacturing facility, so any capital improvement project experience would be helpful.?
Develop and execute annual operations budget for capital equipment, facilities and maintenance projects.
Maintains budget tracking and performance to planned amounts for capital equipment, planned maintenance projects and annual maintenance expense.
Develops annual execution plan for budgeted projects, coordinating activities to minimize plant disruption.
Oversees maintenance supervision and the execution of reactive and preventive maintenance programs.
Prepares and oversee capital expense submissions, preparing project scope and project justification.
Ensures facility drawings are maintained.
Responsible for development and maintenance of manufacturing and maintenance procedures.
Frequent communications and feedback with Plant Superintendent and plant personnel to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
Participates in hiring of direct and indirect reports for the department.
Performs employee evaluations at prescribed intervals.
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum bachelor degree in engineering or related field with three to five years progressive manufacturing operations experience.?
Hands on experience with manufacturing processes and execution of capital equipment projects required.
