Areas of expertise include: clinical process improvement, labor and non-labor expense reduction and corporate and operational expense assessment..**Responsibilities**+ Responsible for participating in team efforts in developing and delivering the clinical components of cost and yield improvement for client engagements including: nurse staffing, labor productivity management and nursing operations+ Provide subject matter expertise and clinical leadership on client projects+ Participate in team efforts in data gathering, analysis and interpretation particularly as it relates to clinical information, areas and issues+ Review data analyses, ensure validity of data, and identify discrepancies, patterns and trends+ Conduct client interviews and facilitate client meetings+ Synthesize the results of quantitative and qualitative clinical findings and other relevant information to draw conclusions and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations+ Effectively frame critical strategic and clinical issues for client and team.
