You have a BS Degree and up to 5 years of experience working in an Accounting Function. Attention to Detail could be (or maybe is) your middle name, and you can multi-task like no other. You have demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP Youre proficient in the use of JD Edwards, and if not, you consider yourself as someone who can learn quickly. Provide financial information for business analysis and auditing when needed. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions by entering account information. Maintain accounting controls and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Collaborate with accounting team to support various accounting projects and activities on a daily basis. Prepare period end journals entries for prepayments, accruals, and amortizations. Perform account reconciliations and ensure all ledgers are accurate according to company policies. Prepare monthly financial statements including supporting reports for management. Manage inventory cost adjustment process. Assist with annual audit preparation and tax reporting.
