Job DescriptionThe Manager, Product Marketing, will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, product, design and program management teams to develop the positioning, messaging and overall communication strategies for Content Practice's products and services. The ideal candidate is someone who can clearly articulate the value and benefits of complex issues in easily understood, compelling language, as well as the ability to conceive of and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. This is a fast-paced role so the ideal candidate should be able to balance crafting a crisp message while moving quickly to achieve results.Responsibilities:* Develop expertise on our audiences, product offerings, and the competitive landscape* Manage the product launch communications process from beta into general availability, including collateral development, new business training, and market education* Translate complex product concepts into clear, concise, jargon-free value props* Prioritize product marketing requests across multiple workstreams* Gather competitive and market insights that can shed light on customer needs and inform new product enhancements* Work in a collaborative environment and influence others to ensure successful product marketing deployment, understanding key business and technology drivers* Communicate a common understanding of the product by setting and managing expectations with collateral* Works closely with the Product Owner, Program Management and Sponsor to identify and assure consistent messaging* Performs other duties as assigned or requested
