The Activation Manager is responsible for managing media portfolios of clients as well as assisting in the creation and execution of digital media strategies and recommendations, while communicating these strategies to clients.
The Activation Manager reports to the Group Director, supervising Senior Associates and Associates as well as peers to drive collaboration and insights. The Manager will work closely with the media and analytics team to maintain quality control of the media campaigns in market, continually evaluate, optimize and improve performance against client goals. The Manager is key to building and maintaining industry publisher relationships.

* Develop digital media strategies and tactical approach * Manage client budgets across multiple tactics (display, mobile, video, audio, paid social, etc.) * Provide media expertise, share media knowledge and provide continuous feedback * Partners with Analytics, Ad Ops, Creative teams * Provides strategic insights for weekly client reports * Writes media POVs * Train and mentors junior planners on best practices of online media planning/buying * Assign and manage workload of junior media planners * Work closely with publishing partners to build and maintain relationships * Foster environment of shared learning and acts as a trusted source of media information for agency and client meetings
