Our client, one of the world's largest audio streaming platforms, is actively looking for a Voice of the Customer (VOC) Manager to join their team in New York, NY This begins as a 6-month long contract with opportunity for extension or conversion They are seeking a Voice of the Customer Manager to join the Global Monetization Product Marketing team . This is a cross-functional group dedicated to driving growth of ad-supported business . In this high-impact role, you ll have the opportunity to work with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Research to help inform strategy and ultimately drive growth of our advertising suite. What You Will Be Doing Help to build and manage an always-on, closed-loop process to collect and synthesize customer feedback. Execute, maintain, and manage customer intelligence reporting to various levels of management throughout the company Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Research teams on program execution Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand adoption of current product suite and identify opportunities to gain more customer intelligence Serve as the voice of the customer to our Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams Provide advisement to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams based on customer intelligence, helping to influence strategy, roadmap, positioning, etc. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree 5 years experience in digital advertising and/or product marketing preferably with experience in Voice of the Customer programs. Experience in the digital advertising or audio, music, or podcast industry is also preferred.
