Completes all clinical notes according to practice guidelines before dismissing patient.
Dental Hygiene Certificate / Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
Active dental hygiene license issued by the state board

All part-time team members are eligible for 401(k) within 90 days of hire and may be eligible for the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) if working an average of 20 hours a week or more.
