Manager in TrainingThe Manager-in-Training (MIT) is a young professional, with a consistent academic background, who will wotk closely and support the Store Manageemnt team within out NYC Flagship location and receive the necessary training and developed to progress into a managerial positionThe MIT Development Program is a unique learning journey immerses in all aspects of running a Moncler store and will encompass the overall expertise to start a successful international career within MONCLER.RESPONSIBILITIES:* BUSINESS: Selling, Client Relations Management, After Sales, Client Experience Activities* STORE IMAGE: Windows & Display, Visual Appropriateness, Product Knowledge* OPERATIONS: Systems & Processes, Stock, Administration* TEAM MANAGEMENT: Organization, Engagement, DevelopmentQUALIFICATIONS:* Masters or MBA degree in Luxury Management, Hospitality or related field, from an accredited business school* 2-3 experience working in luxury retail or hospitality industry* Proven track record of successful sales generation, building and developing clientele relations* Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and OutlookELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:* Must have authorization to work in the US* Must be willing to work on weekends and flexibility for overtime with short notice* Willingness to travel and relocate worldwideDESIRED CHARACTERISITCS:* Results-driven and customer focused* Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers alike* Fluency in at least 2 languages a plus* Possess strong technological skills and attention to detail* Ability to move or handle merchandise and boxes throughout the store, generally weighing 0-40 pounds* Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store* Ability to work varied hours and days to ensure store is fully operational* Ability to stand and walk for majority of a 40-hour work weekThe work environment characteristics and physical demands indicated are a representation of what an employee encounters while performing the essential job functions.
