Quantify sales and profit opportunities* Recommend strategies based on location-based performance including seasonality, holiday impact and test results* Coordinate and maintain store profiles. Partner with cross functional teams to define and attribute stores* Build and monitor store / division capacity guideline to support the proper distribution of product to maximize sales and gross margin and optimize inventoryDevelop, execute and communicate new store plans that support financial targets and help to achieve operation deadlines.* Coordinate and share the new store opening, expansion, and renovation deadlines with the cross functional team; defining sister store* Create sales and inventory targets based on the store profile and annual performance* Partner with the cross functional team to build store opening assortment plans with allocation and product flow strategies* Analyze and report on new store performance. Quantify short- and long-term opportunity* Document new store opening process and communicationSupport strategic initiatives and participate in all planning activities that support the annual retail goals* Develop, execute and communicate a test strategy that supports the team in defining a business case.* Partner with Senior Director to implement new tools and processes to support the store teams* Negotiate with and influence members of the cross functional team* Drive for manager support on initiatives and strategies where neededQualifications:* Minimum Bachelor's Degree* Minimum of 3 years of experience* Computer proficient; ability to learn technical applications* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills* Demonstrate strong communication skills* Develop and maintain effective cross functional relationships* Present strategies after building a solid business caseStretch Skills* Prioritize and direct multiple activities* Assume additional areas of accountability successfully* Set priorities, foster teamwork and set goals and expectations for cross functional partners* Negotiate and influence at a variety of levels* Manage and resolve conflictWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/D/F/V
