The HR Business Partner will focus on administrative and strategic employee relations, performance management, succession planning, HRIS management and compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment and manage a number of HR projects and initiatives with a strong attention to detail. He/She must have the ability to give and receive feedback and possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Function as the day to day HR partner to several corporate divisions in the organization.* Provide consultation, guidance and coaching to corporate teams to ensure issue resolution and employee development.* Manage employee relations/performance management issues inclusive of conducting internal investigations, partnering with the loss prevention, and performing terminations in partnership with the Legal department.* Develop and maintain policy and procedures as needed.* Act as a liaison for employees on payroll & benefits issues in partnership with the Total Rewards and Payroll departments.* Partner on annual review process with business leaders.* Conduct exit interviews of voluntary terminations; analyze trends and recommend solutions.* Support company-wide global HR initiatives; partner cross functionally with Centers of Expertise.* Troubleshoot inquiries from corporate employees and utilize resources with the company to pro-actively find solutions.* Support broader HR projects when necessary.* Maintain compliance and understanding with federal and state regulations concerning employment practices.* Attend legal and HR seminars to learn and keep up to date on current practices and laws.Requirements:* Four-year Bachelor's Degree* 2-4 years of progressive HR experience* Experience in handling employee relations issues and dealing with labor laws* Knowledge and practical application of all HR discipline and practices* Well-developed written presentation, organization, and editing skills* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team setting* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)* Strong problem-solving skills* Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment* Pro-active and solution oriented* Must have a positive attitudeWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/D/F/V
