Michael Kors is always interested in hearing from talented, globally-minded individuals with a passion for fashion.If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you!Position Overview:The Associate Digital Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day process associated with the creation of assets for Digital Advertising Campaigns, Video projects & 360 campaigns (Seasonal, Advertising, Events, etc) and Special Campaigns for the requesting teams, including but not limited to Advertising, Marketing, Philanthropy, and Events teams. And smaller scale projects as they arise, for the Events, Marketing, Advertising and Philanthropy.Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Develops schedules and manages orderly flow of creative projects from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final assets* Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members ranging from junior to Executive level, always tailoring communication and bringing solutions/opportunities.* Holds status meetings with key players to ensure that project needs and deadlines are being met* Monitors creative development and provides daily communication of job status to Requestor, Project Management lead and Director of Creative Services.* Acts as primary contact between creative (editorial/design/fashion/studio) and business teams, working with other project managers to coordinate timelines, provide required information/documents, follow-up on outstanding deliverables and ensure flawless, timely execution.* Ensures projects are routed for proper approval and all sign-offs are recorded. Records and saves final creative/deliverables.* Works with PR, Events, Global marketing, Editorial, Creative, Fashion Department, Production and Post- Production to ensure the deliverables for Domestic & International events is completed in a timely manner and each round is approved by appropriate parties.* Support Sr. Manager in managing Special Projects (site assets, printed collateral, advertising, video, social media, etc) from concept to creation. Partner with the Fashion Office, Art Department, Editorial, Merchandising, Marketing, Shoot Production and Post Production to develop the timeline and establish goals/priorities - adjusting as needed.* Manages Digital Advertising campaigns through creative, editorial and external vendor to ensure campaigns are delivered to site on time.* Leads weekly meetings with the Digital Advertising teams to understand upcoming projects and scopes to provide briefing deadlines for media plans.* Understand the digital and e-commerce ecosystem and how licensee and advertising campaigns integrate. Partner with cross functional teams on implementation.* Partners with Video Production on schedules & deliverables to ensure approvals and distribution of final deliverables to requestors.Requirements:* BA or BFA, major/minor in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field.* Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs.* Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management in a creative setting* Experience & knowledge of Digital advertising projects and Video* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work well to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment* Proven ability to foster and manage relationships and drive process* Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process* Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities* Strong project management, organizational, and problem solving/troubleshooting skills a must* Production knowledge/experience a plusWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/D/F/V
