This role will focus on the Oncology areas of Biosimilars, Emends and other Inline brands. US Oncology Finance team has full finance responsibilities in an increasingly dynamic Oncology franchise.Primary Activities: Partner with the US Oncology team for financial revenue forecasting including pre-launch, post-launch and competitive scenario analysis to assess key business decisions and strategies Deploy portfolio and investment optimization in support of new product/tumor launches and existing product lines Evaluate financial performance and measurement capabilities to provide financial insights, analytics and presentations to SVP of US Oncology and Oncology Leadership TeamPartner with marketing, sales, operations, market access, market research and other teams to assess business performance, innovative contracting, and other initiatives Support analyses for business development, investor relations and working capital Manage business unit planning and finance activities (actuals, Budget, 5YP forecasts) while ensuring proper linkage with the Global Oncology CBL and US Pharma) Collaborate with other Finance functions (i.e. US Pharma Finance, CCM, US Controllers) to ensure a transparent, seamless support model for the US Oncology organization Collaborate with Distribution, Operations and Demand Planning functions for demand forecasting and product rationalization Participate and/or lead special projects and initiatives for US Oncology Partner with the US Oncology team for financial revenue forecasting including pre-launch, post-launch and competitive scenario analysis to assess key business decisions and strategies Deploy portfolio and investment optimization in support of new product/tumor launches and existing product lines Evaluate financial performance and measurement capabilities to provide financial insights, analytics and presentations to SVP of US Oncology and Oncology Leadership Team Partner with marketing, sales, operations, market access, market research and other teams to assess business performance, innovative contracting, and other initiatives Support analyses for business development, investor relations and working capital Manage business unit planning and finance activities (actuals, Budget, 5YP forecasts) while ensuring proper linkage with the Global Oncology CBL and US Pharma) Collaborate with other Finance functions (i.e. US Pharma Finance, CCM, US Controllers) to ensure a transparent, seamless support model for the US Oncology organization Collaborate with Distribution, Operations and Demand Planning functions for demand forecasting and product rationalization Participate and/or lead special projects and initiatives for US Oncology Qualifications BS/BA degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics, or MBA with concentration in these areas Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role Previous Pharmaceutical experience Quick learner with proven track record and demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment Must possess strong communication, analytical, organizational and collaboration skills Must be able to deliver high quality, impactful results for multiple projects under tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including executive management Strong financial acumen and a mindset of process optimization Willingness to learn the Oncology business and market dynamics CPA or MBA Demonstrated client facing experience, commercial exposure, or cross-functional team.
