* Develop and facilitate creative, dynamic and impactful learning solutions for our industry-related certification courses * Become a resident expert in the digital marketing and programmatic industries * Follow a framework for managing and updating existing learning materials * Work closely with SMEs to identify areas of opportunity in existing content to fill learning gaps for clients and employees * Consult with product managers, product marketing, and client-facing service teams to create training and enablement sessions and learning programs for clients and internal teams * Plan and implement the marketing and communication of NMI offerings to clients and employees during the creation of programs and content. * Manage users and reporting in the client and employee training in the Learning Management System (LMS) * Lead coordination of training including scheduling, room management, and food ordering as needed. * Understand basic functionality and user requirements for using the TerminalOne (T1) Demand Side Platform
* Self-driven, curious, and easily able to self-teach new content * Ability to learn technology quickly * Excellent presentation skills * Ability to explain complex subject matter to
* Bachelor's degree or higher * 2+ years' of work experience; preferred experience in developing learning content * 1+ years' experience in digital marketing or another highly technical field or content * Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done * Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * Travel when needed for client, partner, and influencer education (about 10% travel)
