More information is available at www.themadisonsquaregardencompany.comRole SummaryThe People Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administration of Human Resources (People Practices) data management within the Company's Human Capital Management system. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry of employee-level information, for auditing and correcting data within the Human Capital Management application to ensure data integrity, and for responding to individual employee questions and requests pertaining to employee records and Human Capital Management system functionality.Specific Functions/Activities Summary* Enters and/or modifies high volumes of employee-level information within the Human Capital Management Application.* Conducts daily audits of employee-level information to detect data issues and coordinate resolution with the appropriate People Practices stakeholders.* Responds to employee's inquiries and requests as submitted via telephone or e-mail to the Company's Help Desk.* Partners with Technology when needed to resolve employee issues involving the Human Capital Management Application.* Assists with unemployment claims administration and response in conjunction with outside vendor.* Reviews incoming mail for appropriate forwarding or reply.Other responsibilities as neededQualifications* Knowledge and experience working with Human Capital Management systems, preferred.* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.* Exceptional attention to* Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deliverables.Desired Qualifications:* Experience in Human Resources, preferred* Experience using the Oracle HCM Cloud application, preferred.* Proven work ethic and good communication skills* Demonstrated customer service experience and approach* Ability to manage multiple deliverables with demanding time framesEducationCandidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
