We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to support the Apex Infrastructure Team and Boulder TAP Lab with design, specification and provisioning of computer and server systems at our Boulder, Colorado Site. The teams executing using Scrum and Kanban.
In this role, you will:
Translate customer contractual needs and requirements into solutions and designs that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develop either COTS or custom solutions as required by the customer and be able to develop a detailed trade-study for comparing the best solutions. Evaluate vendor proposals and analyzing test reports. Develop and implement designs for the installation of components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, and customer facilities. Plan, direct, review and oversee preparation of project documentation and artifacts internally as well as with the customer.

Experience writing, reviewing and verifying system requirements
Experience developing and delivering documentation
An active TS/SCI clearance or eligible for reinstatement. Desired Skills: Bachelor s degree from an accredited college/university in an engineering, computer science or technical discipline.
Python, Bash or similar scripting experience
Demonstrated understanding of Agile teams
Strong teamwork and user support skills.
