By doing this, we enable consumers to get back time and experience a more connected relationship with the brand in which sales, service, marketing, branches, stores, and contact centre's become a unified experience.The successful candidate has an opportunity to join a highly outstanding team within a fast-paced and successful organisation.Responsibilities:* Develop and refine all financial planning and analysis activities related to Commercial department while assisting with P&L forecasts, predictive performance indicators and long-term financial models* Own all financial reporting, including building revenue and expense dashboards* Develop process driven and working with Business systems to leverage and automate our current systems* Support global expense consolidations efforts through budget reviews, forecasting and analytics; ensuring that analysis leads to decision making* Assist in building profitability models that drive executive strategic decisions and investments* Partner with senior leadership and FP&A counterparts and the broader organization to evaluate the effectiveness of current plans, programs & initiatives, communicate key insights, and make recommendations to senior management* Track and analyze key financial and non-financial business metrics* Deliver ad hoc financial analysis, projects, and reports as identified by management teamQualifications:* 2+ years of experience, preferably in corporate finance/financial planning and analysis role, or related finance/analytical role; Banking, Finance, and Consulting strongly encourage to apply* Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills* Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills* Ability to analyze and synthesize large data sets* Self-starter who takes initiative to improve process and develop reporting* Exceptional attention to detail* Strong quantitative and analytical/problem-solving experience; ideally related to headcount* Works with a sense of urgency and adapts effectively to frequently changing priorities* Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or other quantitative discipline* Experience with Financial systems, such as UltiPro, Greenhouse, Hyperion a plusWe care about you.LivePerson works hard to create a positive employee experience.
