Job Description At least 10 years of experience in the retail / Hospitality industry with the strong exposure to Ecommerce / Digital initiatives Should have worked in one of the following areas : Fraud and Payments in B2C environment Product pricing and promotions in digital/Omni channel environment Experience in agile based product development, sprint planning Worked with scrum master for product planning Should have good knowledge of working in Agile The key role of the BA / Product owner is to develop products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies. Lay out a product vision Coordinate with product engineering team, architects, sales marketing team & the customer Ability to drive various teams both internal and external to deliver SaaS based products. Abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope and effectively prioritize product backlog Communicate regularly with key stakeholders through regular reporting, by email, phone and face-to-face meetings Must Have Skills: Retail Business Knowledge Requirements Gathering and Management Process Mapping Agile Process Understanding
