KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in in Technology Enablement for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

* Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects involving strategy and implementation support related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications
* Work with client stakeholders to document baseline current state HR Service Delivery operations
* Lead the day-to-day activities of ServiceNow HRSD advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
* Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the ServiceNow HRSD application
* Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
* Implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product

Qualifications:

* Minimum of five years of experience with ServiceNow or other Case Management, Knowledge Management Applications
* Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
* Full life cycle HR Transformation and Service delivery implementation experience with large complex client delivery
* Lead Project Planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle
* Detailed understanding of HR function, processes, and best practices
* Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
* Ability to travel up to eighty percent
