Responsibilities Monitor and respond to detected threats and potential vulnerabilities received by alert or proactively hunted Serve as a subject matter professional for security monitoring, incident response triaging, and incident response related tools Engage in our use case development lifecycle to improve alert fidelity and detection capabilities Develop incident response procedures for new use cases to ensure best practices are consistently followed Drive automation and orchestration to reduce incident resolution time and improve response processes Provide insight regarding plausible threats and determine the risk they pose to the organization Qualifications Minimum five years of Security monitoring experience and incident response activities preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment, experience with IT process definition and or improvement.
