Description Kforce is assisting a client in the Tampa, Florida (FL) area who is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Senior.Duties:
Processes Business Intelligence (BI) Reports and distributes them to users in business units via email
Communicates effectively with report users to address any questions, issues or delays
Communication via telephone or email
Desired candidate has background in MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot table knowledge preferred), MS Access, Cognos and other BI tools
Must be able to manipulate data and place into report templates
Desired candidate has understanding of business procedures and acumen
