Job Description This is a six-month temporary recruiting assignment to facilitate and execute the delivery of high-volume recruiting. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to review, analyze, and clarify job specifications/requirements, competencies/skills required, understand business operations, and develop a recruiting strategy to fulfill each staffing need. Effectively support the needs of multiple internal clients and manage against tight hiring deadlines for critical business roles. Leverage expertise to develop multiple sourcing channels and robust pipelines. Source both active and passive candidates using multiple social media platforms. Conduct interviews to screen candidates for qualifications and Customer Values and cultural norms to ensure high quality candidates are advancing. Manage the recruiting process to ensure efficient progression of candidates. Create an engaging candidate and hiring manager experience. Qualifications 2 years required and 4 years preferred of professional talent acquisition experience involving full life cycle recruiting demonstrating proven process efficiency and effectiveness. Previous experience recruiting science, engineering, technical positions strongly preferred. Microsoft Office required (extensive use of Outlook, Word & Excel, Skype). Advanced verbal/written communication & influencing skills with an emphasis on tact and confidentiality. Interpersonal skills that exude positively, can-do attitude driven by personal ownership and accountability; and a genuine fondness for fulfillment through professional achievement.
