This individual is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of designated integrated care programs, co-locations, and care coordination and care management initiatives. In addition, the manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinical supervision of non-medical Behavioral Health Professionals, co-located clinicians, care coordinators and care managers in these designated programs.
* Day-to-day operational program management including administrative oversight and budget monitoring. Monitor expense and revenue statements as assigned and manage towards budget goals while fulfilling grant, contract and other funding requirements. * Maintaining the contractual agreements with partners. * Provide leadership in sustaining strong positive relationships with integration partner organizations and staff. * Provide primary clinical supervision to assigned non-medical staff including embedded Behavioral Health Professionals, co-located mental health clinicians, and health care coordinators and care managers. * Collaborate with other managers in shared supervision across multiple Center program lines as needed. * Coordinate staff training for new and ongoing staff around but not limited to clinical updates, state and federal privacy laws, clinical documentation and coding, and Jefferson Center procedure and policy updates. * Coordinate clinical services and activities of assigned programs and staff internally across Center integration programs and externally across integration partner organizations and practices. Monitor for effective communication, service provision, quality, and timeliness. Balance caseload and demand. * Monitor and evaluate progress and outcomes. Ensure collection of accurate data and assessment metrics. Utilize data to inform effective decision-making. Maintain all required clinician and program fidelity and compliance. * Manage grant timelines and data submissions as needed. * Generate timely, complete and accurate reports as assigned. * Manage recruitment, orientation and training processes for new supervisees. * Maintain and update staff policies and procedures and workflows. * Coordinate with Jefferson Center Practice Management Department to regularly update billing codes and charting requirements.Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Center and its integration partners, including but not limited to HIPAA, privacy and Corporate Compliance, and ensure that all assigned staff do the same. * Exhibit leadership, professionalism, enthusiasm, courtesy, adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of cooperation in the work environment. Collaborate with Center staff and integration partners to achieve Center and shared goals and to promote sense of community. * Maintain effective interpersonal relations with patients, staff, and external funders, partners and community stakeholders. * Participate in the Center's training/ educational programs designed to enhance knowledge about Trauma Informed Care, the impact of trauma and trauma recovery, post traumatic growth. * Provide effective and timely response to phone calls, email and other communications and requests. * Participate in team meetings, clinical staffings and clinical consultation as needed. * Attend mandatory training as required by both Jefferson Center and integration partners and ensure the same from staff. * Participate actively in supervision. Come prepared with an agenda, report high risk/problematic cases and identify clinical and system issues requiring attention. * Complete all documentation and other clinical performance standards of both Jefferson Center and its integration partners. Utilize all EHRs effectively, efficiently and in full compliance. * Complete and maintain credentialing requirements at both Jefferson Center and its integration partners as required.

* Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related and relevant mental health or human services discipline, or, MSN or DNP. * Active, unrestricted, clinical license in Colorado ( PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC,APN). * Certified Addictions Counselor level II or higher. * A minimum of 3-5 years of documented experience providing, coordinating, and/or managing physical and behavioral healthcare in an integrated environment. * Documented supervisory and management experience in a healthcare environment. * Proven track record of successful program management at the team and organizational level, basic understanding of financial principles, ability to utilize data to inform effective decision-making. * Solid understanding of the continuum of integrated care and of the clinical, administrative, operational and systemic dimensions. * Experience and facility with team-based care and communication strategies necessary to support effective and efficient integration in a primary care or community mental health center setting. * Experience working with children and families. * Knowledge and experience working with diverse populations.
