The Schedule Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) in support of Task Orders (TOs) and associated projects in conjunction with TO leads and Project Managers.
Conduct analysis on IMSs monthly with Project Managers and Control Account Managers (CAMs).
Provide forecasts and corrective action plans.
Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
Support team in the delivery of monthly EV reports
Coordinate integration of IMSs from the MS Project Server environment into the TO MS Project master schedule.
The successful candidate will:
Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project as a scheduling tool.
Be able to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple project schedules simultaneously within a single task order.
Have excellent collaboration, verbal, written and interpersonal skills along with attention to detail, accuracy and drive to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Have the ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.
The successful candidate will be assigned as an employee for Jacobs or one of the following teammate companies: HX5, GCS, ERC, MEIT or Aerodyne.
This position is located at Schriever AFB, CO. Relocation assistance may be available.

Basic Requirements :
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate s degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor s degree and 12 years of general experience; Master s degree and 10 years of general experience.
Must have 8 years of directly related experience in managing projects and project schedules under either a DoD Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or a PMP compliant environment and 3 years in management or leadership roles.
Must have advanced proficiency with MS Office products.
Experience with MS Project.
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance (or must be able to obtain).
Experience using EVMS, financial guidelines (DCAA and/or DCMA), and cost analysis or business/data analytics.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and support other task orders as required.
Current DoD Secret clearance.
Experience using Schedule Risk Assessment tools.
