The Remedy Software Developer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
Perform Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Remedy Application operations and maintenance
Perform Atrium CMDB development and enhancement.
Perform Management and maintenance of a custom add-on to the asset management system with a focus on contracts and software management
Plan, test and implement major system upgrades
Focus on future growth and development needs
Perform local customizations and system enhancements necessary to meet business needs
Provide guidance on system high-availability solutions and ensure system availability needs are met
Administer application data daily, process queries and reports as requested by users
Interface with other team members to ensure cross-platform module compatibility and standardization
Maintain a high working knowledge of all aspects of the Remedy systems, integrations and modules to provide backup for other team members

This position is located at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado or Red Stone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

Qualifications Basic Requirements :
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate s degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor s degree and 4 years of general experience; Master s degree and 2 years of general experience.
Must have 4 years of directly related experience with Remedy development, change management, testing and deployment of MDA IT processes into Remedy
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
Must have DoD 8570 Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE or higher
Adept at creating and managing user documentation and providing one-on-one user assistance as necessary
Experience with Kinetic development or interfacing Micro Focus monitoring tools with Remedy
Familiarity with MDA programs
