Description of Duties:

The Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

  • Support IRES Staffing/HR functions to include administering the full recruitment lifecyle process for the IRES Contract, which consist of 800-900 personnel.
  • Screens resumes, conducts initial phone screening of candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/ background checking and sources qualified candidates to the Hiring Managers for consideration.
  • Coordinate with IRES teammates/subs and hiring managers to determine staffing requirements, assist with creating and posting job requisitions, assist in determining candidate qualifications, coordinate interviews, prepare job offers/promotions, maintain all recruiting data and most importantly, educate stakeholders on processes and procedures.
  • Facilitating conflict resolution between all stakeholders to include Staffing/HR, teammates/subs, hiring managers and candidates.
  • The successful candidate will be able to:
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of external and internal associates within the organization.
  • Make independent judgments required for the planning, prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload.
  • This position is located at Schriever AFB, CO.

    Basic Requirements :

    Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate s degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor s degree and 12 years of general experience; Master s degree and 10 years of general experience.

  • Must have 8 years directly related experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.
  • Must have 3 years experience in management or leadership roles.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Desired :

  • Previous experience with Taleo.
