As a Partner Support Engineer (aka Technical Partnership Lead), you will you will work with Intent's Partner Integration Engineering team, supporting the launch of Intent products on partner websites and helping ensure they continue to work beautifully over time. You'll contribute in lots of high-impact ways - from creating documentation, configuring ad placements, validating partner development activity, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and contributing to growing a full client support function.
This job will tap into your love of online technology, your passion for problem-solving, your dedication to providing first class customer support and your need to always be challenged. This is a hands-on role, collaborating closely with integration engineers, sales & account managers, data analysts, software engineering, product, and other areas of the business to grow our partner base and continue to provide the level of service our customers have come to expect.

What You Will Do:
* Learn and maintain an understanding of Intent's platform from a technical and business perspective * Crisply communicate to internal and external stakeholders in order to help drive successful integrations and guide product enhancements. * Support integration projects and partner launches. * Develop and maintain integration documentation for each partner. * Perform validation of partner development team's integration coding work. * Ensure accurate configuration of campaigns within Intent's ad server management tools. * Provide first line partner support and issue troubleshooting. * Solve partner challenges using a variety of analytical and technical tools. * Coordinate with team members to efficiently identify, report and resolve product issues
