Overview The Project Manager, Partner Delivery Enablement is responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the projects (both internal and external) associated with enabling Hyland's partners in the Healthcare vertical to deliver our products across the globe. Responsibilities + Plan, coordinate and monitor projects; ensure project results have an articulated scope with quantifiable business benefit + Work with stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria + Apply basic Project Management best practices to project work + Coordinate project meetings; use engaging, informative and well-organized presentations + Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans that specify goals, staffing and scheduling + Develop communication plans; deliver timely and effective updates to all identified stakeholders + Prepare project status reports and keep all stakeholders informed of project status and related issues + Take an active role in resolving conflicts and delivering solutions + Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule, within budget and in line with quality requirements + Coordinate and respond to requests for change + Assist with special projects, as assigned + Create, maintain and update the Partner Delivery enablement plan. + Work with partners to assess and tailor a delivery enablement plan based on the partners organizational makeup, pipeline, strategy, and personnel. + Manage creation and collaboration on new enablement collateral as needed. + Assess new solutions and products for delivery enablement. + Partner and customer oversight during the lifecycle of projects. + Act as a delivery escalation point for partners. + Ensure partners are following best practices and capable of delivering. + Identify method for ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. + Coordinating internal resources for the delivery enablement of partners Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree + Demonstrated success in managing projects + Solid facilitation and project management skills + Proficient with Microsoft Office applications + Proficient with Project Management applications + Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact + Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking + Demonstrated ability to operate at the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and forthrightness + Demonstrated ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologies + Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills + Strong conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills + Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partners + Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas + Strong business and technology acumen + Demonstrated fiscal responsibility/accountability in managing project budgets, when applicable + Up to 25% travel time required + Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job Job ID2019-5592 # of Openings1 Job LocationsUnited Kingdom - Spaces Fitzrovia Additional LocationsDE-Berlin | UK | DE | NL-Amsterdam | US-OH-Westlake CategoryServices & Consulting
