Role Information

Title: Agent Support Specialist Req #R-214695

Brief Description: We are a high volume, fast pace, inbound call center supporting Insurance Agents selling Medicare products in the field to Medicare beneficiaries. We take calls on anything from the agent s compliance, pre-enrollment inquiries, to the agent s commissions. We also assist with standalone D/V and Medicare Supplement. You will be taking inbound phone calls; 50-100 calls per day. In this job you will use dual monitors and work within 7-10 systems per call to provide guidance to the agent while documenting your notes on the computer. We are based in Louisville, KY and have a location in Phoenix to better support our West Coast agents. This is a Variable Staffing role, however it offers the potential opportunity for full time within Humana.

Requirements: High School Diploma, comprehensive knowledge of customer service standards, ability to work with Microsoft Office Products, ability to multitask in a busy call center environment, ability to maintain a high level of emotional intelligence, capacity to be punctual and reliable in role.

Additional Information: This is a limited term/temporary role which is defined as Humana associates who work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week.
