Honeywell's Federal Manufacturing & Technologies business manages the U. S. + Position is in support of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide highlights, articles, and other materials to inform and engage internal staff, Technology Partners, Academia, and Customers
+ Engages technical staff to attain material and then work with COE Leaders and CTO to develop and release articles, presentations, and other items to both internal and external release
+ Assists the CTO as needed to provide tours and engagements to VIP visitors
+ Works closely with COE's and Technology Organizational staff to support PEMP and other required publications
You Must Have:
+ US citizenship in order to obtain US Dept of Energy 'Q' level security clearance
+ Associates degree in business or a technical discipline or a Creative Writing/advertising discipline
+ Minimum three (3) or more years of data analysis and/or engineering support experience and/or publication & presentation experience
+ Experience in a creative arts or puclication oriented position that provided material for leadership presentations, publication for internal and external use, engaging external leaders for tours and other functions
+ Bachelor's degree in Communcitions, Business or Technical field preferred
+ Published author of journal or other external publication
+ Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously
+ Work efficiently and effectively in a demanding environment
+ Skilled at organizing administrative processes and systems
+ Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
+ Strong problem solving skills that allow to pro-actively anticipate requirements
+ Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
+ Enthusiastic with a positive outlook and 'can-do' attitude
+ Advanced proficiency in various software programs including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
+ Administrative preparation and support experience for Leadership reviews such as MORs, MRRs, TRRs
+ Detail oriented; possess professional presence, maturity and judgment
+ Experience with writing articles, providing highlights, and preparing presentations for leadership
