Our Client is looking for a results-oriented senior manager in its Marketing team. As a member of the Marketing organization, you have the opportunity to shape innovative customer-focused programs to drive successful customer acquisition and subsequently strong business metrics. Your focus will include prospect acquisition, conversion to membership and Awareness via paid display and Social media efforts. You will have direct hands-on ownership as well as cross-functional coordination with teams including Product, Creative and Technology. The position's most critical duties and functions:
Drive traffic to the client sites and Apps and optimize ensuing conversion to membership through media, creative, promotions and product enhancements. Primary Focus on Paid Social advertising leveraging Awareness, App install and Mobile Web conversion across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIN etc. Plan & Support key cultural moments, marquee title releases, Enterprise, and US Hispanic in Paid Social as needed. Develop plans and optimize Mobile App Install display and Social activity. Manage annual budget and member forecast including media spend allocation. Build, maintain and analyze marketing performance reports. Perform multi-channel analyses to determine impact of paid social /digital display on other acquisition channels. Amplify Organic Social media as appropriate. Integrate brand positioning into all aspects of the paid social experience. Work with product management on roadmap items to improve the customer experience. Manage relationships with external media vendor and other partners to increase traffic, brand awareness, conversion and engagement. Lead the global strategy on paid social and digital acquisition, sharing best practices across markets. Work with the other teams to put together a cohesive media strategy for acquisition.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field of study 5+ years of experience in social media advertising or marketing (mobile experience is a bonus) Experience implementing brand positioning into marcomm and the customer experience Experience managing a large budget and forecasting Experience in working with external creative agencies and internal design teams Strong analytical skills (spreadsheet mastery a must, database experience is a bonus) Strong oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications MBA or graduate degree Have worked at a leading brand company or agency managing leading brands Proactive and solutions oriented Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to try different things with minimal direction Established track record of creativity and innovation PandoLogic.
