All rights reserved.ResponsibilitiesThis is a 6-month position supporting the marketing of an enterprise project management software platform. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, promoting and executing an assortment of tradeshows, webinars and hosted events as well as contributing to the ongoing efforts of the team.The event marketing manager works closely with the Marketing, Sales and Lead Generation teams, as well as external entities for their primary responsibilities:* Oversees execution of tradeshow participation, webinars, and hosted events from upfront planning through detailed logistics and measurement.* Collaborates with marketing, sales, logistics and external companies to successfully develop and execute all facets of show preparation including promotional efforts to drive event attendance.* Works cross-departmentally to secure appropriate staffing for events, content development, and presenters* Briefs staff on requirements for successful event participation.* Pays close attention to recording and measuring success* Assist with the development of the annual trade show plan, helping to research and evaluate tradeshows based on business fitQualifications* PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary assignment not to exceed 6 months.* At least 3 years of related job experience (inclusive of events and B2B marketing)* Proficient in MS Office and especially PowerPoint* Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (ideally Pardot) as well as Salesforce CRM* Technical savvy and experience with social media marketing* Superior organization and attention to detail* Strong writing and communication skills#LI-JS1 * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
