The Senior Project Manager will manage multiplecapital improvement, expansion and installation projects at Henkel locations across the US.
Work as a project leader with full project life cycle ownership; successful project delivery will include full implementation from conceptual design through initiation and deployment for assigned projects.
Support engineering and operational initiatives across the Henkel Global and North American network.
Must be able to lead and supporting project process safety requirements such as: Basic and Detailed Risk Assessments, HAZOP, MOC, PSSR, LOPA, SIS, PSI, etc.
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, & tools to effectively manage capital projects.
Travel requirements will fluctuate, but at times will be up to 50%.
BS or MS Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
Previous experience in chemical processing/manufacturing is required.
5+ years experience managing capital improvement/expansion/installation with ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong technical and data analysis skills required
Ability to travel up to 50%
