Key Responsibilities

An outline of the key outcomes/deliverables that an individual will be held accountable for and the major activities involved.

  • Summarize spend data in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Conduct market research to determine top suppliers and understand market conditions

  • Own and deliver delegated tasks from senior team members

  • Perform interviews independently and co-facilitate supplier and business partner meetings

  • Plan and deliver business partner and/or supplier meetings and related logistics

  • Assist with management of preferred and strategic suppliers, constantly innovating

  • Communicate to stakeholders, customers and project teams on progress, barriers, results and new opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, ethical practices and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

  • Receive and direct visitors and clients

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

  • Handle requests for information and data

  • Maintain office supply inventories

  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment

  • Organize office events

  • Education and Experience

    Qualifications and skills

    A Bachelors or Associate s degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.

    Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Work, PowerPoint and Excel

    Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

    Exceptional communication skills

    Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

    Excellent Typing Skills
