We're seeking a Production Manager to join our team and help us coordinate production for our custom content campaigns. Our branded video content runs the gamut from 15 second Facebook posts to 30 minute live productions. We execute video on every social platform and build to specific KPI. Above all, we tell amazing stories about and on behalf of brands as only a true publisher can.

The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and organized professional with production, project management, and client-direct experience. We're looking for someone who can enable us to tell complicated and compelling stories for new platforms and social media; an ability to think strategically about budget and logistics; strong cross-departmental communication skills; and an incredibly organized mind for paperwork, documentation, contracts, and how to bring it all together.

Responsibilities:

* Work with producers to manage the paperwork for mid-level to large campaigns. This includes budget projections, spends, freelancer paperwork, and Salesforce tracking.
* Develop ways to help us stay nimble and efficient. Identify and reduce the occasions where our producers are bogged down with needless paperwork.
* Work with G9 Production Accountant to build out a system for onboarding/paying crew and talent through Entertainment Partners
* Support on larger-scale sets as a coordinator
* Liaise with members of T&E, Finance, Legal, Product, and Revenue Operations
* Utilize Airtable and other production resources to organize the team and track necessary information
* Track our company accounts with vendors such as rental houses and studios
* Support with SAG paperwork and liaise with SAG signatory company.
* Help producers reconcile charges made on the department credit card
* Streamline processes with our San Francisco and Los Angeles teams

Requirements:

* 3+ years experience in film, digital and/or TV (agency experience a plus)
* A robust understanding of the production and post-production processes
* Familiarity with organizations tools such as Excel and Airtable
* A knowledge of and passion for Group Nine's editorial tones and mission
* Strong ability to multitask and desire to support a full team of producers
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
