You will partner closely with senior leadership across Engineering, Product Management, Design, and the Merchandising business in order to deliver on the strategic roadmap aspirations in this domain. This role will be a student of current industry trends, providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management. Manage a diverse team to navigate deep technical problem spaces. Build cross-functional partnerships and work closely with developers and product managers to identify productivity, production quality and coverage issues, and provide insight on improving both through scale and tooling. Innovate new solutions and product offerings that have the scale, complexity, and flexibility to meet the needs of a quickly evolving business landscape. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in managing software development teams to deliver custom code, or customized package solutions.
