If you are an experienced professional and dedicated to helping us launch in North America we'd like to meet you. Job Description As the newest member of the leadership team you'll be working on building strategic relationships as well as helping introduce us to large retailers and ecommerce properties. Your experience in the biotechnology sector and passion for women's health will be cornerstone to your success. We are looking for that high energy, driven professional who can open doors, get us meetings, drive the courtship with our future partners and seal the deal! Oh, and in your spare time you'll help with market strategy, product launch planning and international brand alignment. More about what needs to be done * Working with your leadership team to build a list of potential strategic partners and develop a plan for engagement * Working with all inquiries to help them navigate the best path forward * Driving marketing strategy for product launch and new market introductions * Serving as the \"face\" of Prima-temp in the market. Establishing Thought Leader status in our space through PR, speaking engagements and other public events * Staying up to date on regulatory requirements, trends in connected devices related to women's health * Attending national trade events and enthusiastically representing us in the market * Keeping your eyes open for opportunities for other markets and curiously investigating each for future growth potential * Building the sales and marketing teams to support the expansion based on a responsible P&L * Lending your knowledge wherever possible to help us grow and expand Qualifications Here is what you'll bring with you * MS in a biology, biotechnology or a related discipline - extra points for an MBA * At least 10 years of professional experience working in the bioscience, biotechnology or medical device sector * At least 1 Launch - Scale - Exit - under your belt * Proven success in a sales and/or business development role with deep connections with one or more of our target strategic partners like Metronic, Bayer, McKesson, CVS, Abbott Labs or Alphabet * Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships North American markets that result in new revenue with healthy margins * Technically astute with the ability to leverage any appropriate tools to get your work done * Insanely curious - you seek to understand motivations, drivers and ideals in pursuit of reasonable solutions to all stated challenges * Strong interpersonal and communication skills - people are drawn to you naturally * Passionate about making deadlines - you WILL NOT FAIL - in your pursuit of the finish line - even when the finish line changes * Ability to manage time, activities and priorities skillfully and without direct supervision - these are only some of your superpowers * You learned how to play nice with others - and support your team * You like travel - 25 - 50% sounds just right Additional Information And here is what you'll enjoy * A competitive salary, bonus and early equity * Unquestionable growth opportunity * The ability to apply your talents while helping build a company Goldstone Partners is helping this mature startup find experienced professionals who want to be part of an amazing team.
