Government Analyst needs 3 years experience in contracting, analysis, marketing, or sales
Government Analyst requires:
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or equivalent related experience is required. An advanced degree (Masters or MBA) is preferred.
Compliance experience with Government regulations (HCC/GCC/FDA and state and local)
Understanding and experience in Government Contracting and Health Care compliance
Domestic travel is required approximately 2-6 times per year
Government Contract Analyst
Government Analyst duties:
Develop and revise Customer contracts and /or contract amendments based on requirements as stated by Sales.
Customize & develop terms and conditions, contract cover etc., within the parameters of business and pricing policies and approved exceptions.
development, implementation, and management of government contracts in a way that leads to Customer satisfaction, compliance to company policies and ensures profitability.
Strategize with Sales Team and advise on contractual options.
Upon receipt of Customer signed agreement, perform a contract review.
Approve and accept Customer-signed contracts on behalf Contract manager signature on the contract.
