Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain for ANZ, this role will see you partner with the Consumer Healthcare business to lead and develop a robust S&OP function along with managing a small team of Demand Planners. You will also work closely and form part of the Consumer Healthcare ANZ senior leadership team offering detailed, transparent and concise reports and assist with influencing and executing broader strategic decisions. You will be solutions driven and will ultimately deliver an enhanced customer experience, whilst driving company profitability.
Key priorities include:
As the preferred candidate you will be degree qualified with at least 5 years experience in planning or logistics. You will have strong ERP software knowledge and experience (ideally SAP MRP principles) and excellent communication and negotiation skills along with team management experience. Above all, previous experience in an FMCG or pharmaceutical company with your ability to think creatively and find solutions will see you succeed in this role.
