Inviting applicationsfor the role of Vice President Program Management

VicePresident-Program & Project Management-The single point of contact forboth Genpact and the client in order to provide a unified experience. Thisperson is the single program owner - a single driver of the car, for megatransformation projects involving multi-towers, teams across geographies,through a combination of service lines, digital, practice and transitions.

Hewill hold end-to-end accountability of program success through the deliverycycle (transformation, blue-printing, work transfer, digital delivery, etc.).Create an Alpha team of project managers drawn from consulting, digital,practice, verticals, change and transitions.

Allthese functions need to be orchestrated into a single consistent performance tomeet the program success criteria with respect to client expectations, businessoutcomes, margin and revenue commitments. Collaborating with customers toidentify opportunities that address critical business needs. Manage criticalpath, dependencies and proactively identify risks associated with the projectand develop a mitigation plan.


Experience in digital program management or servicedelivery management experience with increasing responsibility

Experience in successfully leading design anddevelopment projects in Agile, Scrum environment

Leadership experience growing/developing andmentoring your team

Proven experience in managing complex programs: Endto end program management with services transitions from old to new operatingmodels at the core

Presentation & Storytelling skills:Demonstrated experience running a meeting or large scale presentation with easewith senior executives

Consultative Mind-set: Strategic perspective on thework we do and how it can impact our clients

Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Abilityto network and create positive relationship with stakeholders (internally andexternally) and build a strong expert network.

Business Acumen: Ability to drive end-to-endthinking and solutions to deliver long term benefits to our clients

Commercial Acumen: Ability to develop uniquepricing/cost models, design financial strategies, transformational benefits andnegotiations of same

Ability to work with cross cultural teams Besensitive and aware of what is acceptable behavior across differentcultures/ethnic groups/religions etc.

Resourceful: Ability to build and maintain expertnetwork structure/contacts within Genpact to resolve challenges and influenceall the internal/external parties involved in executing the contract

Certification in Digital tools or technologies: RPAor Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning or any other relevantcertification such as Agile, Scrum Master and Six Sigma certified

Proven experience in project managing IO deals


Experience in leading enterprise wide programsfor large & medium scale customers

Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI orequivalent external certification (e.g., Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner)

Successfully led Digital/Technology basedTransformation programs. Experience of implementation of digital platforms ortools (Robotics/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence)

Knowledge of transitioning services from clientsinto new delivery operating models

Expertise in Change/Risk/Communications/Planningmanagement

Adept in leading/co-facilitating Design Thinkingworkshop or implementing the methodology

Should have experience in working withglobal/cross-cultural clients and teams

Skilled with working in a matrix organization,similar to Genpacts structure
