Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Support Specialist I with our client in the SEO industry in their Boulder, CO location. This is a 12 month + contract position.
Seeking a Product Support Specialist I
Process and file communication relating to the product
Prepare standard and individual replies
Identify particularities in correspondence we receive and forward, as appropriate
Special projects as needed
4 year degree
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Background in process documentation, process mapping, and data analytics.
Background in contact/call center knowledge and ticket management
Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
